On your phone, go to Settings > Accounts & sync > Sync settings. check the box for “Auto-sync data.” Repeat this process for any other accounts you use on your device. Go to Settings > Backup & Reset and choose Back up my data. Checkmark item “Back up my data.
Open the Google One app on your Android phone. Tap Storage at the top of the screen. Scroll down to the device backup area. If this is your first phone backup, go to fit isn’t, go to Set up a data backup by tapping Set up data backup if this is your first time doing.
Connect the old phone’s USB cable to the phone’s Open Smart Switch on both phones. Tap Send data on the old phone, Receive data on the new phone, and then Cable in both phones. Select the data you wish to send to the new phone. After you’re ready to go, hit Transfer.
Auto Backup is a function that is enabled by default on Samsung handsets. When activated, the smartphone will automatically upload data to Samsung Cloud over Wi-Fi once every 24 hours if the screen is off and it has been connected to a power supply for at least an hour. It’s also feasible to sync photos and videos with Samsung Cloud.
Open the Google Photos app on your Android phone or tablet. Sign in to your Google Account. Tap your account profile photo in the top right corner. Back up and sync photos. Select Settings from the drop-down menu. Choose whether to back up and synchronize pictures using this option.
