You can’t archive your order because the order is still in the process of being fulfilled.
You can archive your orders by going to the “Your Orders” page and clicking on the “Archive” button under each order.
You can’t. Alexa will always tell you when it’s your turn to order, so there is no way to hide your orders from her.
