If you’re having trouble locating the old email account or old messages, try using the provider’s recovery tool – all of the major providers have one available. However, if your email address is from a less popular provider (e.g. Yahoo) there might be no way to access those accounts again in this lifetime.
Hotmail is now aligned with Microsoft Outlook, so to access your Hotmail account you would log in using the “@hotmail.com” email address and be prompted to either stay on Hotmail or open the new Outlook.com website.

Microsoft deleted the account after 90 days and any traces of your two former Hotmail accounts has been erased. I’m sure that Microsoft has also recycled the internet protocol, or IP address, for these old accounts. … (We still have a lot of older email addresses from before web-based mail became mainstream.)
