Each Nixplay customer has 10 GB of free Cloud Storage for your photographs and media. With a subscription, you may expand your storage capacity. All of your original photo and media content is kept in the Cloud. Your files are kept safe in the Cloud if you lose the frame.
You must use an email address associated with your Nixplay Cloud account to access your frame. When you first sign up for a Nixplay Cloud account and activate your frame, you are given the option to generate an @mynixplay.com email address. This will be the email address you designate if friends, family, or yourself want
Download the Nixplay mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Select ‘Send Photos’ from the home screen after you’ve created an account and/or logged in. Choose whether you want to send pictures using your phone’s camera library or immediately with your camera.
Click on your profile in the upper right corner, then ‘Users’ from the drop-down menu. In Nixplay Signage, there are two types of User roles: Owners (Account Owners) and Editors. You may invite up to ten people for a total of 10 users, including the Account Owner.
If you wish to erase your Nixplay account (and any other personal information linked with it) and end your frame access, please send a written request to support(at)nixplay.com from the same email address you used to register your frame.
