You must utilize the Google Account Settings feature to recover erased phone numbers or contacts. This may be done on a phone as well as a computer. You’ll see a list of all of your Google account’s contacts now. To erase any numbers you’ve recently deleted, go to the side menu and choose Trash.
Go to Google Contacts. Scroll down on the left side. Trash is the option to choose. Select an option from the drop-down menu. A single contact: Check the box next to its name. All contacts: Check any box in this column with a check mark next to it, or select All options by hitting Enter after selecting Recover at the top of the window. Click Recover at the top of page.
On your Android phone, open the app. Your lost contacts or call history will be displayed on the screen. Select the target contacts or call history and tap Recover after the scan is completed.
