Instagram Account Disabled how to get back?
Open the Instagram app on your phone. On the login screen, type in the username and password of the account you want to reactivate, then tap Login. Your feed will now be visible, as well as your account being restored to normal.

Go to a profile page for an account. Tap the three-dots menu in the top right corner. Select About This Account from the pop-up screen. Select Former Usernames from the drop-down menu on the previous screen. Instagram will display any old usernames associated with this account on the next page.
