How to recover lost email id and password?
There is no “factory reset” option for Google accounts or Google products and services. You’d have to go through each product and remove anything you don’t want.
Go to the Gmail sign-in page and click the “Forgot Password” link. Enter your previous password. If you can’t recall one, try selecting “Try a different question.” Select the secondary email address you used to get a password reset email while setting up your Gmail account.

Tap the “Menu” button, then choose “Settings.” Select “Privacy” from the menu that appears. On the Privacy screen, select the “Factory Data Reset” option.
You may change your primary Google account by signing out of all of your accounts, then signing back into the one you want as your primary. The first Google account you sign back into will become your default until you log out of them all again.
To reset your forgotten password on Google, go to https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery and enter your email address or phone number. Google will send you a link to reset your password.
There is no sure way to find out your Google password if you have forgotten it. However, you can try using the “Forgot Password?” function on the login page. If that doesn’t work, you may need to contact Google support.
If you have forgotten your username or password, you can try to recover it.
If you forgot your email, you can try to recover your account using the “Forgot password?” feature on the sign-in page. First, enter your name and Google Account password. If you don’t remember your password, click “Can’t access your account?” and follow the instructions to reset your password.
If you have a Google account, your Gmail account is automatically restored after a factory reset. If you don’t have a Google account, you can create one by going to https://accounts.google.com and clicking on “Create an account.
If you’ve performed a factory reset on your Android device, you’ll need to remove your old Google accounts before adding your new account. To do this, open the Settings menu and select Accounts. Tap the Google account you want to delete and then tap the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the screen. Select Remove account.
