This is done over the internet by visiting E-Citizens: Business Registration Service and signing in using your e-citizen credentials (or registering if you do not already have an account). Click on name search and reservation to access the apply now button. Fill out the requested information.
If you need to update your phone number or other information on eCitizen, first go to the portal. Then click my account from the drop-down menu and your profile will appear. Finally, select a new phone number and modify it as needed using this approach
