Under the log in button, click the link forgotten password? To retrieve your password, go to https://www.instagram.com/forgotpassword/?next=1 and follow the directions. If you did everything correctly, you’ll be sent an email with instructions for resetting your passcode.
To begin, install the Instagram app on your smartphone. Open the app and input your username and password, which you’ve already established. After that, your feed is open with all of your prior activities.
If you’ve deleted your Google Account, you may be able to get it back. If it’s been longer than a year since you terminated your account, you won’t be able to retrieve the information in it. You’ll be able to log in as usual to Gmail, Google Play, and other Google services if you recover your account.
Select ‘Account’ from the drop-down menu at the bottom of the screen. In this area, select the option “Recently Deleted.” Choose all of your deleted reels, films, photographs, stories, and IGTV videos in order to remove them. Now select “Restore” by tapping on its button. All of your deleted files will be restored.
Open the app, go to your Profile, and then select Settings from the hamburger menu at the top right corner. Go to Settings and select Account. Select Recently Deleted from Account and tap it again. Instagram posts that have been deleted will be restored for you.
