You’ll find the option to deactivate your account under “Your Account.” You have 30 days or 12 months to reactivate your account, as indicated. If you don’t pick a reactivation option, your account will be deleted after 30 days if you don’t choose anything else.
Tap your profile photo in the top left corner. Select “Account” from the drop-down menu. To confirm, scroll to the bottom of the page and tap “Deactivate Your Account.” Tap “Deactivate” to finish. To complete the procedure, type your password and then hit the “Deactivate Account” button.
To cancel your account, go to your settings and select “Account.” After 30 days without login into that account, it will be deleted. If you want to use the same username and email address on another platform, you should change them before deleting your Twitter account.
If you do not use your Twitter account for six continuous months, it will be deactivated automatically.
Go to the Delete Tweets website on your Mac or PC in a browser. Connect your Twitter account if necessary. Adjust the application’s settings as needed. After clicking “Delete My Tweets.
