Remove the Apple ID that is linked to iCloud and the Apple Store on your iPhone without using a password by following these steps. Open Settings > iTunes & App Stores on your iPhone. Select your Apple ID, then select Sign Out from the drop-down menu. Your Apple ID will be deleted.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone. Then choose iTunes & App Store from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen. Tap View Apple ID next to this option. After you’ve completed these steps, go back to your Apple ID page by pressing the back arrow.

To erase an iPhone without the Apple ID: Open your Settings app. Select “Reset” from the drop-down menu beside “General.” Then, under “Delete All Content and Settings,” make sure to select “Erase All Content and Settings.” When prompted, type in your passcode and then hit “Erase iPhone.

Choose Account from the menu bar, then View My Account. You may need to login in with your Apple ID. If you’re unable to remove a gadget, try uninstalling and reinstalling it. If you still can’t get it off.

If you can’t locate your Apple ID or have trouble resetting it, you won’t be able to use or reactivate your device, and you’ll lose access to your account. Visit your Apple ID account page on a regular basis to review and update your information to avoid this.
