Log in to your Instagram account using the website. Select from the drop-down menu why you’re leaving. On Instagram’s ‘Delete Your Account’ page, choose your reason for leaving and press ‘Submit.’ enter your password and click ‘Permanently delete my account.’ Your Instagram account has now been erased.
You can’t deactivate your Google Account in the settings menu of your Gmail account. To temporarily disable your account, log into Gmail as normal using the same email address and password that you use for any.
