Log in to your Instagram account using the website. Select from the drop-down menu why you’re leaving. On Instagram’s ‘Delete Your Account’ page, choose your reason for leaving and press ‘Submit.’ enter your password and click ‘Permanently delete my account.’ Your Instagram account has now been erased.

You can’t deactivate your Google Account in the settings menu of your Gmail account. Deactivate Your Account with a Profile Pic If you want to delete your Google Account, go to My profile picture is incorrect and then click Remove it. To temporarily disable your account, log into Gmail as normal using the same email address and password that you use for any.

Make sure your profile photo is visible in the lower right corner and then tap Profile, followed by Edit Profile. Scroll down until you come to Temporarily turn off my account in the bottom right.
