When you initially set up your IMO account from your phone, go to the menu link at the bottom left corner of the program. Then, access your profile (by tapping either on your profile name or picture). Select ‘Delete your IMO account’ from the choices that appear afterwards.
If you delete your account, all of your data will be permanently deleted. This way, you can avoid having your phone become trash. However, if you wish to create a new account with the same number, use that instead. If you want to create a new account using a new number, provide it when signing up.
