Delete AOL Mail Account Permanently?
You may only cancel your account if it has no outstanding balance and you have not used it for 90 days since canceling any active subscriptions or paid plans.
Go to Google.com and sign in to your Gmail account. nSelect “Account” from the grid icon in the upper right corner. Click “Delete your account or services” under the “Account preferences” heading. Select “Delete items.” enter your password.
Visit the AOL app on your smartphone. To delete undesirable emails, go to the Mail section of the AOL app and select “Delete.” Select all by tapping the box next to each message you want to remove. By selecting “Select All,” you may also remove every message in the folder.
The iconic AOL name, the doorway to the web in its early days, has been retired. The brand will be phased out as part of Verizon’s $5 billion fire sale of its media assets, which include AOL and Yahoo, to Apollo Global Management announced Monday.
You can remain a paid subscriber to AOL for as long as you want, keeping your AOL email addresses, software, settings, and bookmarked favorite places.
