Open the Instagram app on your phone. Enter the username and password of the account you wish to reactivate on the login screen, then tap Login. Your feed will now be visible, and your account will have been restored to normal.
Instagram places a deadline of several hours on deactivation. You must wait a few hours before reactivating your account, as Instagram usually requires. You cannot reactivate your account during this time. If you can’t log back in after more than a day has elapsed, there’s probably nothing wrong with it.
It’s a good idea to wait at least 24 hours after deactivating your Instagram account before reactivating it, according to Instagram, because the procedure may take up to a day.
