GoShare has partnered with HomeGoods stores to offer on-demand delivery to HomeGoods customers. Customers of HomeGoods can receive their furniture or other large items within 24 hours of placement of the order. The customer can usually Hire 1 or more delivery agents that have access to a truck or a cargo van through GoShare which will help the customer to load, deliver, and unload their HomeGoods purchases. Return And Exchange Policy

Products purchased online can be returned to any open HomeGoods store or via mail, provided customers show the receipt, within 40 days of purchase. Merchandise bought from stores can only be returned, exchanged, or refunded within 30 days to any open store or closed, in the wake of COVID-19.  In case 30 days pass or any customer doesn’t have the receipt, they will be provided with a store credit only.  Some wearable and intimate merchandise are entitled to return only with their tag on and in their best condition. HomeGoods has a verification process to prevent fraudulent returns.
